·         High            July & August.

·         Mid High     Easter {15th to 29th March}, UK & Irish Bank Holiday Weekends {24th May to 7th June}.

·         Mid              29th March to 24th May, 7th to 28th June, Sept, Christmas & New Year {21st Dec to 3rd Jan}

·          Low              5th Jan to 15th March, Oct to 20th December.

Terms & Conditions

·        Prices include linen and towels.

·        Weekend rentals are from Friday to Sunday.

·        Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.

·        Monthly rentals with discounts are available.

·        The actual cost of the holiday along with a £150/€240 bond is required to secure a reservation. The bond is  refunded upon departure - protects against cancellations, breakages and excess use of utilities.

·        We regret that we do not accept credit cards.

·        Payment is accepted in both British Pounds or Euros. 

·        All apartments must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Arrivals, if earlier than 4pm, may have a slight wait for the apartment to be cleaned and prepared.

·        We stongly advise clients to book travel insurance to cover losses, damages and theft of personal property as we will not accept responsibility for this.

·        Booking a reservation is considered acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.
